We have a simple but rigorous process:

1. Format your resume to reflect who you are. Send it to workwithus@nd-insight.com.

2. Should you be selected for an interview, we have integrated sessions on a bi-monthly basis, usually on a Friday. You can expect:

  • 30 minutes each with three to six nD-ers
  • A combination of cases (quantitative, qualitative and behavioural)
  • An opportunity to ask us any questions you may have

3. Should you be selected to move through the process:

  • We will confirm with you the auspices of an offer (level, compensation, etc.)
  • You will spend time with a third-party provider of psychological/capability assessment; all findings will be kept confidential, nD only receives a ‘pass-fail’
  • We will contact your references
