Seeking out complex problems: We seek client assignments that are challenging to the client and a challenge for nD to solve.

Always applying its ethical rules: Our founding partners have turned down business opportunities that did not meet nD’s ethical standards. Some lines of business (e.g. those related to lotteries and gaming) are simply out-of-scope.

Building its brand through Intellectual Property (IP) growth. All assignments have two goals: delight our clients and create new knowledge.

We encourage all our staff to learn, apply and develop new approaches, methodologies, frameworks or tools to address and resolve complex problems. We expect and will finance publications and presentations at conferences. We are reserving a portion of the firm’s profits as an incubator fund for developing and implementing new ideas that have the potential of creating nD spin-offs. Only by being systematic on the management of IP can we become a firm that generates major milestone publications in areas such as BPR, 6-sigma, balance scorecard, etc. that ‘raise the bar’ for all.

Having no ‘state secrets’: We have transparent financial reporting. All staff are potential partners from the time they are hired and they are expected to be mature enough to handle exposure to all facets of the firm (e.g. HR, policy adherence, etc.).
