My intent in founding nD was to create a consultancy that consistently delivers results that I and my clients can believe in; this of course requires working with fantastic people. My main criterion for bringing people into this company has been: Are they smart enough?
Our people have interest in advanced degrees, publishing articles and personal development. All of our consultants have excellent quantitative analysis skills and come from diverse professional backgrounds. Naturally, we also look for people who are great to work with.
